Continuous Quality Improvement
Shortly after founding, Berry created two committees to improve quality of services from an internal and external perspective. Their mission is to help the company reach their goal of being the benchmark against which our competition is measured. These Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) committees gather company performance data, evaluate the data with process improvement tools, and plan improvement initiatives based on feedback. Continuously evaluating input throughout the year, these committees implement methods of improvement pertaining to service quality, employee and corporate productivity, employee morale, internal communication and mutual respect. The success of the External CQI (ECQI) and Internal CQI (ICQI) committees depends on the support and commitment of the entire company. We seek our clients’ and business partners’ opinions, respond to their needs, and use their suggestions to guide our development. We are fully devoted to working together to increase efficiency, productivity and performance.

ECQI
The role of ECQI is to determine how our clients, business partners and industry rate us among our peers and to evaluate their comments in effort to implement initiatives that enhance overall company performance. ECQI relies on feedback and is constantly evolving.

ICQI
Berry’s ICQI committee encourages employees to become actively involved in identifying business and work life procedures that improve their job satisfaction and the company’s overall performance. ICQI serves as a confidential forum for employees to offer constructive suggestions regarding current practices, policies, and procedures.
